This document constitutes an Agreement between you and J.R.D. Company Ltd., a corporation that offers Email Services and additional services through the website located at https://www.royalsonic.com. The Email Service is available exclusively to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years old. We encourage you to read this document thoroughly. By completing the registration process and establishing email hosting, you confirm your eligibility to utilize the Email Service and agree to adhere to all terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

Agreement Duration and Renewals

J.R.D. email hosting services are charged on an annual basis, covering one (1) month, twelve (12) months, (24) months, thirty-six (36) months, and Lifetime. These email hosting services will automatically renew for another 1 month, 12 months, 24 months, or 36 months on the renewal date unless you cancel the service in advance. Each successful renewal will extend this agreement for an additional 1 month, 24 months, 12 months, 36 months, or a lifetime minimum of 60 months to a maximum of 180 months as you subscribed. If you prefer not to renew your services, you can turn off the auto-renewal feature for your email subscription within your account settings.

Billing and Payment Details

Email hosting services are priced in USD, and all listed prices are in USD. Payments for these services can be made via PayPal or major credit cards, including AMEX, Mastercard, and Visa. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Email inboxes are available in tiers, and upon selecting a specific billing tier, you will be charged the full subscription amount for that tier. Inboxes that are not activated or remain unused during your subscription period are not eligible for any refunds, either partial or full. In the event of a decline, chargeback, or any other rejection of payment for fees associated with your J.R.D. account (“Chargeback”), this will be deemed a violation of your payment obligations. Consequently, your access to the Email Services may be automatically suspended or terminated. If you have any inquiries or issues regarding a payment made to Without Code, we recommend contacting our Customer Support team before initiating a Chargeback or payment reversal. You will be liable for any incorrect fees, losses, and expenses that may arise.

Storage and Security

You are accountable for safeguarding your password. J.R.D. will not alter passwords for any account. At all times, you will assume complete responsibility for any loss or damage to your email account and all associated content. You are fully accountable for safeguarding the confidentiality of your account access credentials, which include, but are not limited to, your username, password, and account details. You acknowledge that you are exclusively responsible for all actions, omissions, and usage related to your account or password, as well as any charges incurred in connection with the server or any content you transmit or store on the server. It is your sole responsibility to take measures to

1. Prevent any loss or damage to your content.
2. Maintain the security, confidentiality, and integrity of your email content transmitted through or stored on J.R.D. servers; and
3. Protect the confidentiality of your password.

J.R.D. will not be liable to you or any other individual for your use of J.R.D. products and/or services in breach of these terms.

Content

You acknowledge that all information, data, text, software, music, audio, images, graphics, videos, messages, tags, or any other materials (“Content”), whether shared publicly or sent privately to or from you through the Services, are solely the responsibility of the individual from whom the Content originates. Consequently, you bear full responsibility for any Content you upload, email, transmit, or otherwise provide through the Services. J.R.D. will not exert any control over the content shared through the Services and, therefore, does not provide any guarantees regarding its accuracy, completeness, or quality. By utilizing the Services, you acknowledge that you may encounter content that could be deemed offensive, inappropriate, or objectionable. J.R.D. shall not be held liable in any manner for any content, including but not limited to errors or omissions, or for any loss or damage of any kind that may arise from the use of content that has been uploaded, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made accessible through the Services. Furthermore, J.R.D. is not obligated to oversee the content shared via the Services.

Backups

J.R.D. Service servers undergo weekly backups, which are retained for 14 days. No assurances, either explicit or implicit, are provided regarding the reliability of these backups. The backups are intended solely for server restoration and internal use. It is your responsibility to keep local copies of your account content and information.

Restricted Actions

When registering for Email Services, you are required to provide complete and accurate information throughout the registration process. You must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations. You accept full responsibility for all actions and omissions conducted under your username and password, including the content of any transmissions sent via the Email Service. By utilizing the Email Service, you agree to refrain from any misuse of these services and from engaging in any inappropriate activities, which include but are not limited to, Specifically, you must not, and must not attempt to:

• violate any laws, regulations, ordinances, or other requirements set forth by applicable federal, state, or local authorities.
• engage in, attempt, or permit any unauthorized access to the J.R.D. website, servers, your account, or the accounts of other J.R.D. customers.
• launch denial of service attacks, conduct port scans, or engage in any other harmful or invasive actions against J.R.D. servers and facilities, or those of other network hosts or internet users.
• upload or transmit prohibited materials, which include but are not limited to: IRC bots, warez, file dumps, escrow services, high-yield investment programs (HYIPs), the sale of controlled substances without prior proof of necessary permits, bank debentures, bank debenture trading programs, prime bank programs, IP scanners, brute force programs, mail bombers, and spam scripts.
• Engaging in or provoking actions that inflict harm on J.R.D. or its customers is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to, activities that may lead to the blacklisting of any of our IP addresses by online spam databases or actions resulting in DDoS attacks on any servers. J.R.D. reserves the right to refuse service to any individual at our discretion. Any content deemed obscene or threatening by J.R.D. will be promptly removed from our servers, with or without prior notice, and may result in warnings, suspension, or immediate account termination without a refund. You acknowledge that we hold the exclusive authority to determine what constitutes a breach of the Acceptable Use Policy and the appropriate level of corrective action. Should a violation of the Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy occur, J.R.D. will implement corrective measures at our discretion and inform you accordingly. Our decisions in these matters are final and binding, with no possibility for alteration. J.R.D. shall not be held liable for any losses or damages resulting from our actions taken to protect against harm to J.R.D. or any third party. We reserve the right to terminate any account that has been locked due to abuse for more than 14 calendar days from the lock date unless you have taken steps to rectify the initial violation. All backup copies of the email account will be permanently deleted upon termination, with no refund provided. J.R.D. will not be responsible for any losses or damages in these circumstances.

 

• Engage in activities that contravene the Ryan Haight Online Pharmacy Consumer Protection Act of 2008 or similar laws, or facilitate the sale or distribution of prescription drugs without a legitimate prescription.
• Investigate, scan, or assess the vulnerabilities of any system or network.
• Violate or bypass any security or authentication protocols.
• Disrupt or interfere with any user, host, or network, such as by transmitting a virus or overloading any component of the Services.
• Introduce malware or utilize the Services for the distribution of malware.
• Access or explore the Services through means other than our officially supported interfaces (for instance, “scraping”).
• Disseminate content that is fraudulent, deceptive, or infringes upon the rights of others.
• Promote or market products or services that are not your own without the necessary permissions.
• Impersonate or misrepresent your connection to any individual or organization.
• Share or publish content that is unlawfully pornographic or indecent, or that promotes bigotry, religious, racial, or ethnic hatred.
• Engage in any illegal activities, infringe upon the privacy of others, or defame individuals.

 

• Sending unsolicited advertisements (spam)
• Distributing emails related to surveys, contests, pyramid schemes, chain letters, junk emails, or any other repetitive or unsolicited messages.
• Collecting information about others without their explicit consent.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our services, other accounts, computer systems, or networks associated with the Email Service through any means, or trying to bypass any protective measures or security systems.
• Publishing, distributing, or disseminating any materials considered inappropriate, profane, indecent, defamatory, infringing, obscene, or unlawful under applicable laws or regulations.
• Transmitting or uploading any materials intended to defame, harass, threaten, abuse, stalk, or otherwise harm individuals. • Transmitting or uploading harmful materials such as viruses or other malicious software.
• Transmitting or uploading any content that infringes on intellectual property laws, trademark and copyright laws, or privacy rights unless you own or control the rights to the material or have obtained the necessary permissions. • Creating a false identity to deceive others. • Sending emails to a large number of addresses (mass mailing). Emails sent to more than eight email addresses simultaneously may be flagged and disabled at our discretion.

J.R.D. Company Ltd. retains the authority to terminate any account that, in our sole judgment, is utilizing the Email Services for the activities mentioned above, or for sending spam or other unsolicited commercial communications. You acknowledge that you will be responsible for any damages resulting from the misuse of our Email Service. J.R.D. Company Ltd. retains the right to terminate Email Services at any time without offering a refund. If we find any of the above abusive behavior.

Exceeding Disk Storage

J.R.D. Company Ltd. provides email inboxes with a storage capacity. Should your account surpass this limit at any time, you will receive an email notification. You will then have 7 days to reduce your storage to below the space threshold. If the storage is not decreased within 14 days, the inbox may be suspended, and additional fees may be incurred to restore access with a larger storage allowance. We do not assume responsibility for the ongoing backup of emails.

Refund Policy

All charges associated with email hosting and related services are non-refundable, either in full or in part, regardless of whether your email hosting services are suspended or terminated before the conclusion of your current contract term.

MODIFICATION TERMS

J.R.D. retains the right to alter or cease the Services, either temporarily or permanently, at any time and without prior notice. You consent to adhere to any reasonable modifications that J.R.D. may implement in this Agreement upon their occurrence. If you have acquired Services from J.R.D., the terms and conditions of this Agreement will remain in effect as long as you utilize the Services. By continuing to use the Services following any updates to this Agreement or changes in the Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by those updates or changes. You acknowledge that J.R.D. will not be held responsible to you or any third party for any alterations, suspensions, or terminations of the Services.

Email Account Deletion / Retention / Cancellation

After your Email Services expire, your inbox will remain active for an additional 14 days, referred to as the “grace period.” Once this period concludes, the email account will be disabled, preventing any sending or receiving of emails until the billing subscription is renewed. If the email account remains inactive for 30 days following a failed renewal, it will be automatically deleted and will not be recoverable. J.R.D. Company Ltd. retains the right to terminate Email Services at any time without offering a refund.

Non-Guarantees

J.R.D. Company Ltd. does not assure that Email Services will be completely uninterrupted, free of errors, or entirely secure. You acknowledge the inherent risks associated with internet connectivity, which may lead to the loss of privacy, customer data, confidential information, and business assets. Your use of our services is at your own risk. These services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We explicitly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

J.R.D. Company Ltd. shall not be held responsible for any: loss or interruption of the email service, issues arising from the use of the email service, disruptions affecting your business, delays or interruptions in accessing the service, losses or liabilities resulting from circumstances beyond our control, data non-delivery, corruption, or destruction, and losses or liabilities stemming from unauthorized access to your account or password. We will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any nature (including lost profits) regardless of the legal theory under which such damages are claimed, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, even if we have been informed of the potential for such damages. You acknowledge that our total liability, and your sole remedy, regarding any services provided under this Agreement and any violations of this Agreement, is strictly limited to the amounts you have paid us in the preceding twelve months.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and protect J.R.D. and its directors, officers, shareholders, employees, agents, and suppliers from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses, including legal fees on a full indemnity basis, that arise from or are connected to a breach of this Agreement, the use of this Website, the use (or misuse) of any J.R.D. Property, as well as any potential claims, liabilities, damages, or costs resulting from a third-party claim for copyright infringement or similar issues.

Complaints & Legal Challenges

If J.R.D. Company Ltd. becomes involved in any legal proceedings related to your use of the Email Services, you agree to cover all costs and legal fees incurred by J.R.D. and to indemnify and protect J.R.D. from any such actions. If J.R.D. receives notification of a complaint filed with a judicial or administrative authority concerning your use of our Email Services, J.R.D. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to (a) suspend your access to Email Services or (b) transfer control of your Email Services to the relevant judicial authority.

Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by and will be enforced under the laws of Taipei, Taiwan, as well as the applicable laws and regulations of Taiwan. Any legal action against J.R.D. Company Ltd. arising from or related to this agreement must be initiated in the courts of Taipei, Taiwan, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of these courts.

Modification to Terms of Service Agreement

We retain the right to alter or amend this Agreement at any time. Should any changes or modifications occur, we will inform you by posting an updated version of this Agreement on our website. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement regularly. Your continued use of the Email Service following any changes or modifications will be considered as your acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.
